For your convenience, secure bicycle racks and “Fix It” stations are located in the parking garage near the elevator entry doors in the caged area. There is no charge for use of the bike racks, but they are on a first-come, first-served basis. Bicyclists are directed to enter and exit the garage through the parking garage ramp located on Main Street. If the gate is closed, employees on bikes should ring the intercom on the left side of the entry lane and security will open the garage gate.
To exit with their bikes, employees should exit through the garage gate and after hours ring security via the intercom to the left of the exit lane. Employees are directed to use caution and walk all bikes up and down the garage ramp.
All tenants using the bike cage must register their bikes with the Property Management Office and complete the Bicycle Agreement and Release of Liability form in order to receive the code to the bike cage. Employees can drop off signed Agreements to the Building Office in Suite 100.
As a reminder, bicycles are not allowed into tenant spaces. For the code to the bike cage please call 415-615-0285.
Evening Escort Service
To ensure your safety, evening parking garage escorts are available between the hours of 8:00 p.m. -10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday upon request. Escorts may be arranged visiting the security console in the lobby.
221 Main Street offers secure, onsite below-grade parking and bike parking. The parking garage is open to the public Monday – Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tower Valet Parking, Inc. is the parking garage manager.

Showers are located in the ground floor restroom for tenant use. There are access card readers in place at the restroom doors for your security. If you would like ground floor restroom access added to your card, please ask the main point of contact from your office to place a service request with your name and to indicate whether you will need access to the men’s or women’s restroom.
221 Main Street provides 24/7 onsite security, a card access system, and property camera surveillance. Although the garage is patrolled by building security, management is not responsible for vehicle theft or damage. Please lock your vehicle at all times, and do not leave it in the garage overnight.

Conference Center and Tenant Lounge
The new hybrid Conference Center and Tenant Lounge offer a flexible space plan, custom sliding-folding glass doors leading out to the terrace, audio/visual, and large screen TV’s, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi and Kombucha tea.
The conference center may be reserved by submitting a service request.
4th Floor Terrace
The expansive and private 4th floor terrace, which is adjacent to the Center and Lounge, provides ample seating, fun outdoor activities, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
This outdoor space is exclusively for tenant use and may be reserved by contacting the Property Management Office.
